This mini 28-day Challenge will sculpt and reshape your body, creating a more aligned and defined you.
The Align Pilates Total Body Challenge consists of 4 x rounds of 7-day mini Challenges specifically targeting Arm, Abs & Ass. These mini-challenges will be released on 1st September in a structured 28-day total body reset to reduce tightness, find mind-muscle connection and give you strength and tone like never before.

ARMS
Reshape your upper body and improve your posture. Living in the age of desk jobs and working from home, a lot of tension can be held in our neck, shoulders and back, resulting in that hunched-over feeling.

ABS
Tighten your core for more defined abs. The inability to properly connect and activate our abdominal muscles causes strain in our neck and back, leaving us with a weak core creating the “pouch”.

Lower-body
Release tension and improve hip mobility. Do you ever feel pain in your hips when you’re feeling stressed? We hold a lot of tension in our hips, causing discomfort and impacting our ability to move freely through our entire body.
Lift your booty for a perkier peach. Do you struggle to activate your glutes? Poor sitting and standing habits can cause tightness through the hips and lower back, making it hard to find that deep glute connection

WHAT DOES THIS CHALLENGE INVOLVE?
The Align Pilates Total Body Challenge will introduce four 7-day mini challenges with a combination of workouts to target, sculpt and reshape your body to create a more defined you.
You will receive a 7-day calendar with daily workouts for each mini Challenge. These mini-challenges will be released every September 1st for 28-days.

Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect your body and mind and feel amazing.
Create a space to move. Whether in your bedroom, lounge room or outside, find an area you feel most comfortable in. Roll out your mat and start moving.
