Step 2: Learn proper technique in semi-private classes using all equipment such as Wunder Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Reformer and Spine Correctors.
Just you and 3 others with full instructor attention. This is where you master the fundamentals - breathing, alignment, form with support from a full range of equipment.

Step 3: Try everything
Use your unlimited group class access to experience Mat Pilates, Barre, Reformer, Breathwork. Find what feels good.

Week 3-4: Find Your Rhythm

Keep building on your technique. Start feeling stronger. Discover which classes work for your body and your schedule.

By the end of week 4, you'll know exactly how to move safely and which classes serve you best.

Yes. That's exactly who this is for. You'll start with a 1:1 consultation where we teach you the foundations. Then your semi-private classes give you hands-on guidance to get your form right. By week 3, you'll feel confident enough to jump into any class.

What if I'm not flexible or fit?

You don't need to be. Pilates meets you where you are. Your instructor will show you how to modify every exercise for your body. Flexibility and strength come from practice, not the other way around.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

You choose what works for you. Keep going with semi-private sessions, switch to unlimited group classes, or mix both. No pressure. We'll help you figure out what fits your life and goals.

How do the semi-private classes work?

After your consultation, you'll book your semi-private sessions through our schedule - just like booking any class. Pick the times that work for you. Maximum 4 people per session.

Do I have to follow the meal plan?

Nope. It's there if you want it. Some people love having the structure, others just use it for ideas. Your call.

When can I use my infrared sauna session?

Anytime during your 4 weeks. Book it after a tough class, or on a rest day. It's yours to use whenever feels right.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable activewear you can move in. Grip socks (we sell them if you don't have any). Water bottle. That's it. We provide everything else.

When does the programme start?

Whenever you're ready. Book your consultation and we'll get you started within the week.

What if I try it and it's not for me?
