2. It helps us as a local business build our profile and exposure (our goal is to get 100+ 5 star reviews). 

 

Google partly positions its top search results on the quantity of 5 star reviews (not so much the written content that goes with it) so, if you’re willing, don't feel like you need to write anything lengthly.
