Semi-private means four people max with one instructor. Your sessions are built around what you need right now - whether you're new to Pilates, recovering from injury, pregnant, postnatal, or just want something more personalised.
You'll work through all the traditional equipment - Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels, Chairs - whatever serves your goals best.
Here's how it works: Your first session is a free consultation. We'll see how you move, teach you the foundations, and map out your programme together. Then you're in.

STEP 01
GET STARTED WITH INITIAL CONSULT
Book your initial consultation either online, over the phone or via email.
When you attend this 50-minute, in-depth 1:1 consult, you'll start by discussing your goals and any injuries with one of our highly qualified Pilates instructors.
This will be followed by a movement assessment using the Pilates equipment and learning about the Pilates method and principles.
STEP 02
DECIDE ON YOUR WEEKLY ROUTINE
At the end of your initial consult, your instructor will advise you on the best weekly Pilates routine that focuses on your unique goals and abilities.
This might incorporate Semi-Private Pilates Classes and/or Reformer Pilates, Mat, Barre, Deep Stretching, Fitness Circuit, and Breath-work group classes.
STEP 03
CHOOSE A MEMBERSHIP OR CLASS PACKAGE TO SUIT YOU
Deciding on the best membership for you. Membership options are determined by how often you attend the studio weekly.
