How it works

STEP 01: Join On a Membership
Get started on a membership from just $55 per week - with flexible 1-month options available.
Complete all 28 days and that works out to only $13.75 per class, plus bonuses that comes with it.
And if the challenge is all you need right now, you can cancel anytime after it ends with just 7 days notice.
STEP 02: Register
Complete the quick 60 sec form. Mark your name on the leaderboard in the Reformer studio. The $50 entry unlocks the full challenge experience, accountability system, and sweatshirt eligibility.
STEP 03: Collect your resources
Pick up your Winter Wellness pack in-studio on Friday 5th June - including your Sticker Scorecard for building solid daily habits, and your BINGO Card for weekly prize draws.
Your Eating With The Seasons NZ Guide and 10-Minute Mindfulness Toolkit will land in your inbox the same day, ready for the weekend before the challenge begins.

What exactly is the 28 Day Winter Wellness Challenge?
It's a structured 28-day programme at Align Studios designed to keep you moving, nourished, and mentally thriving through the darkest stretch of winter. You get unlimited classes, a winter nutrition guide, a mindfulness guide, a scorecard to track your sessions, weekly prizes through our Bingo card, and a limited-edition sweatshirt if you complete it. It runs June 8 to July 5.
How much does it cost?
$50 entry fee plus your membership. If you're already a member, you just pay the $50 challenge fee. If you're new, we'll get you set up on a 1-month membership alongside your entry. Cancel any time after your month is up.
What classes count?
All of them! Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga Flow, Barre, Breathwork, Restorative Stretch, Fitness Circuit. Wellness talks, and special events. If it's on the Align Studios timetable during the challenge period, it counts.
How do the weekly prizes work?
Through your Bingo card. Every challenge task you complete earns 1 ticket in the weekly draw - things like attending specific class types, completing in-class challenges, writing a Google review, or bringing a friend. Complete 5 in a row and earn 3 bonus tickets. Complete the full card and earn 5 bonus tickets. Winners are drawn every week.
What is the sweatshirt and how do I earn it?
It's a limited-edition Align Studios Winter Wellness sweatshirt - and you can't buy it anywhere. The only way to get one is to complete the challenge: 16 sessions, 4 bonus missions, scorecard submitted by July 5. We hand them out from July 5.
I've never done Pilates before. Is this for me?
Absolutely. All class types and levels are included and our teachers will look after you. The challenge is about consistency and showing up - not about being the best in the room.
What if I get sick or go on holiday?
Sick? Rest, recover, come back strong - the 28-day window gives you some flex. Travelling? We have home workouts you can take anywhere in the world. But here's the rule: you have to post it and tag us. A workout in a hotel room in Bali that nobody sees didn't happen. No post, no credit. Simple. 📸
I'm already pretty fit. Is this going to be challenging enough?
The challenge is what you make it. The Bingo card has tasks that will push you - and the consistency requirement is what trips up even the fittest people. Winter is the test. Showing up when it's dark and cold is the challenge.
What's included in the guides I receive?
You get two digital guides when you sign up: Eat With the Season - Winter Edition (12 pages covering NZ winter seasonal foods, 9 recipes, warming teas, and a daily nourishment template) and Ground Down - Winter Mindfulness Guide (8 pages with 6 home practices including breathwork, yoga nidra, and a winter solstice ritual for June 21). Both are yours to keep.
