MEMBER TIME FREEZE

 CONDITIONS FOR TIME FREEZE

1. 1. Full fortnightly membership debits will resume automatically after the completion of the Freeze period.
   2. Requests for Time Freeze must be submitted to Align Pilates in writing no less than one (1) week prior to the commencement of the Freeze.
   3. Time Freeze is granted on written application for a minimum of TWO (2) consecutive weeks, and in fortnightly blocks thereafter up to a maximum of TWENTY-SIX (26) weeks.
   • Holiday & Other minimum 2 weeks, maximum 12 weeks
   • Business relocation minimum 2 weeks, maximum 26 weeks
   • Medical minimum 2 weeks, maximum 26 weeks
   • Pregnancy* minimim 2 weeks, maximum 26 weeks
   1. The following documentation must be provided with the Time Freeze Request Form:
   • Business relocation – a letter from the employer on company letterhead confirming the commencement date and duration of relocation
   • Pregnancy*/Medical – an appropriate medical certificate or doctor’s letter
   1. Fortnightly membership payments will be adjusted to reflect the Freeze period.
   2. A Time Freeze fee of $10.00 per fortnight will be debited to your nominated account during the Freeze period. Members with pre-paid memberships are required to settle freeze fees at the time of submitting their Time Freeze Request Form.
   3. All membership dues must be paid up to date prior to Time Freeze being approved.
   4. The minimum term agreement will be extended by the period of the Time Freeze, therefore the member will be obliged to pay the minimum agreement amount regardless of the Time Freeze period.
   5. Adjustments to the Freeze period must be made in writing.
   6. Members may not use the studio facilities during the Time Freeze period.
   7. Members requiring confirmation of their Time Freeze request may contact the studio.
   8. Full fortnightly membership debits will resume automatically after completion of the Freeze period.

   * A medical clearance from your treating practitioner is also required post pregnancy confirming you are able to resume exercise.

If your holiday or any other commitment is unexpectedly shortened and you wish to return to the studio earlier than planned, please email us at [email protected]. We will address your request within two working days and arrange for the reactivation of your membership.

Your membership can be frozen for a period ranging from a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of twelve weeks.

You have the flexibility to freeze your membership an unlimited number of times throughout the term of your membership. Due to this flexibility, there is an administrative fee of $5 per week for all membership freezes.

If you choose to freeze your membership for four weeks, the term of your membership will be extended by an additional four weeks, ensuring you fulfill your payment cycle.
