Re-Organisational Healing
Dr. Christine Ridal is a trained chiropractor who obtained her Master in Chiropractic degree in 1995. Her current practice is centred around "Re-Organisational Healing," a methodology created and developed by Dr. Donald Epstein.
This approach transcends the mere desire to eliminate symptoms or diseases. Instead, it emphasizes re-organizing one's body and life to enhance energy, enjoyment, adaptability, flexibility, and overall quality of life. Through this method, individuals learn to self-regulate more effectively, transitioning from stagnation to progression.
A key principle of Re-Organisational Healing is the direct correlation between the condition of one's spine (shape, position, tension, and tone) and the state of their life. This innovative concept has garnered considerable scientific attention, leading to significant research and media exposure. It is recognised as an evidence-based strategy that fosters wellness, awareness, and growth.

"Reorganisational Healing… presents a radically new “big-picture”
view of health and health care that challenges the dominant disease-
care model of biomedicine.
Reorganisational Healing: A Health Change Model Whose Time Has
Come.”
- Robert H.I. Blanks

Dr. Ridal holds the conviction that the inherent condition of all living entities is one of EASE. She asserts that every individual possesses the ability to navigate from states of physical, chemical, and emotional overload to a new, energy-efficient state of being that operates at a superior level of organization—this transition embodies healing.
